SHANGHAI, Dec. 17 (SMM) – Spot aluminum largely traded between RMB 13,210-13,220/mt in Shanghai on Wednesday, discounts of RMB 0-10/mt over SHFE 1501 aluminum contract, versus RMB 13,200-13,220/mt in Wuxi, and RMB 13,240-13,250/mt in Hangzhou. SHFE front-month contract hit two-month low, fueling pessimism in physical market. This forced cargo holders to cut offers.
