SHANGHAI, Sep. 29 (SMM) – Spot aluminum largely traded at RMB 13,900-13,930/mt in Shanghai on Monday, discounts of RMB 0-20/mt and premiums of RMB 0-10/mt over SHFE 1410 aluminum contract, versus RMB 13,920-13,940/mt in Wuxi and RMB 13,930-13,960/mt in Hangzhou. Demand picked up ahead the weeklong holiday, but sellers were hesitant about selling, preventing consumption from growing significantly.
